Want to Learn to Fly RC?
Founded in 2015, M.A.R.C. is dedicated to the sport of Radio Controlled Model Aviation.
Our club offers "Crash Free" instruction to new pilots by an AMA certified flight instructor. His 35 years of RC experience and a proven training program that was perfected during his 20+ years of flight instruction at Port City RC, focuses on simple, safe and proper flying techniques. The Club's training airplane, "Junk Yard Dog" is always charged up, gassed up and ready for new students to take their first exciting lesson.
We boast club members both young and old that showcase their aeronautic ability as well as model building and repair skills. Fixed wing planes to helicopters, multi-rotor quads and foam....Electric, nitro and gasoline, if it can fly we have someone that flies it.
M.A.R.C. is a community of people that share a passion for remote controlled aircraft of all kinds and styles. Please join us for one of our events, inquire about our club, or submit a membership application. Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) membership is required for all M.A.R.C. members.
Join us every Wednesday 6 pm - 9 pm at the Lakeside Elementary School gymnasium for electric flying night. Bring your small electric radio control foamies or drones and have some fun with a great group of guys.
Western Michigan's only Quad/Drone/ FPV Obstacle and Racing Course is now up and running at our field, located in Twin Lake Mi. The course is open every weekend this summer to club members and guests.

Fellow club member Jim Martin was featured in the latest issue of AMA's Model Aviation. Glad they told him to take off that hat. 😉 Congratulations, Jim.
Winter is fast approaching so we have closed up the campers and put away the drone course obstacles until spring.
